HOW TO GRIND IDLI BATTER IN WET GRINDER Wash the rice twice by rinsing well with ur hands well.During the first wash, the water color will be slightly yellow.For second wash,it will be white.Color of the rice would become super white.Now soak the rice in enough water for minimum 2 hours.
The advantage of having a tilting wet grinder is that it is easy to pour out the idli dosa batter from the wet grinder drum without you having to lift the drum and pour it into a vessel. This could be very advantageous if the capacity of the drum is large like over 2 liters.
